J&B Entertainment (named for its founders, Jacky and Becky) is a Canadian-based Kpop tour promoter that has ALLEGEDLY mishandled promotion and organization of their tours, refused refunds in multiple circumstances, relies on exploited volunteers rather than paying staff, and risked the safety of groups they’ve managed. They should not be trusted with touring kpop groups, and the following document seeks to explain why you should think twice about supporting their tours monetarily.
